Ulyanovsk Oblast

Ulyanovsk Oblast (Улья́новская о́бласть) is an administrative division of the Russian Federation. It is located in the Privolzhsky (Volga) Federal District. Its administrative center is Ulyanovsk.

Area 37,300 km², population 1,315,000 (1985).
