The band JFA (Jodie Foster's Army: B. Brannon, D. Redondo, M. Cornelius, and Bam-Bam) was born out of the Southern California skateboard culture in 1981. They play fast-paced punk rock with simplistic lyrics about skating and typical high school attitudes. Their "skate or die" mentality created a tight scene of skate punks in Southern California.

JFA started in Phoenix in March of 1981.

Songs included: Coke and Snickers
