Bill Bailey

Bill Bailey (born 1964) is a British musician and comedian. He was born in Bath, Somerset. He appears as team captain on the BBC Two panel game Never Mind the Buzzcocks. He also plays the character Manny on the Channel 4 sitcom Black Books. He was the winner of the Best Live Stand-Up award at the British Comedy Awards in 1999.

Bill Bailey is also the name commonly used to refer to a popular song with the full title of "Won't You Come Home Bill Bailey", written by Hughie Cannon, published in 1902, and still a standard with Dixieland and Traditional Jazz bands.
